Provided short-term technical assistance to the Ministry of Agriculture, Food, and Forestry. The project focuses on the development and growth of WUAs in Romania via training, institutional development, and strengthening their capabilities, included reviewing legal and institutional issues related to formation of WUAs, designing and preparing training courses, conducting the training courses, designing and constructing a computerized M&E system to track and evaluate the progress and impact of the project, and designing a project Website to share the WUA information on-line. The project includes a total of 104 irrigation systems. |
