Provided long-term technical assistance for the construction of irrigation and drainage works and village infrastructure. Verified engineering design, managed construction of irrigation, drainage, and village infrastructure (water, sewage, roads, and electricity), and prepared an operation and maintenance plan with the settlers. Trained 1,500 settlers in various aspects of agriculture, over 100 settlers to be the Hosha Association leaders, and about 1,600 women in home economics, birth control, and first aid. |
