Rural Roads Maintenance Systems Project, Training Program Phase II, Indonesia. USAID/Jakarta.

  Provided long- and short-term technical assistance to the government of Indonesia's Directorate General of Regional Development. The project focused on training, institutional development, and strengthening of human capabilities in rural roads maintenance and management. Services included conducting a professional training needs assessment, designing training programs for Indonesian government staff, developing course and curriculum materials, conducting the training courses, and monitoring and evaluating the progress and impact of the training. The project encompassed 22 districts in South Sulawesi and four districts in West Timor.
