Provided technical assistance to the Natural Resources Conservation Authority, Government of Jamaica, in the preparation of: (1) a national watershed monitoring program, (2) a digital geodatabase for the monitoring program, (3) a watershed classification map based on NRCA's management priorities, and (4) steps to strengthen the Watershed Protection and Management Branch, NRCA and the Forestry Department.
